FUN-LOVING! - While I am serious about real estate, life is too short to be serious all the time. I enjoy wine tasting, barbeques, rooting for the home teams (Go M’s and Go Hawks!), live music, good food, and I make a wicked margarita. I enjoy time with my family, friends, and making new ones. As a Tesla enthusiast I love to talk about EVs as well. Let’s get to know each other! SEATTLE/EAST-SIDE RESIDENT FOR OVER 30 YEARS - After spending 25 years in Seattle, as a resident and landlord, my family and I moved to the East Side. With so much time in this area, and my own real estate experiences with rental / investment properties, I have a good sense of the market in the greater Seattle area. COMMUNITY VOLUNTEER - I believe in giving back in order to make the world a better place by supporting our schools, communities, and health care workers. Issaquah School District – help with testing, math, science, technology, or shop activities; Gibson Ek High School Robotics Team coach; Bloodworks NW volunteer - have been the registration volunteer, donor monitor or both at various locations (and am a regular whole blood and platelet donor); TOWA Vice President - I am the VP of an all-volunteer non-profit - we are Tesla owners and are working to educate others about electric vehicles and the use of sustainable resources, and to have fun too!!; I have also been the Vice President of our HOA and actively volunteer in the community.
